Iktómiwiŋ (A Vision of Standing Cloud) is a graphic score and poetic text that blends Indigenous cosmology, speculative vision, and experimental music practice. Drawing on the figure of Iktómiwiŋ—a mythic, spider-like being—this work evokes the awe and mystery of an encounter with forces beyond comprehension. Symbols in the score invite intuitive interpretation, offering performers a structure for improvisation guided by sensation, memory, and resonance.
