DON’T HIDE confronts the growing cost of free speech today — measured not only in work, money, friendships, and citizenship, but often, ultimately, in freedom itself. The painting speaks to the heavy personal toll that comes with refusing to be silent. Through its unfiltered imagery, the painting makes a strong appeal to resist erasure as the price of speech continues to rise every day.
