Not A Single Bone comes out of research at the Tendaguru Beds in Tanzania, which was the site of systematic excavations of dinosaur bones during the colonial era. The giant replica of one of these bones – the femur of the tallest dinosaur skeleton in the world, housed at the Museum für Naturkunde in Berlin – raises questions around extinction, extraction, and commodification.
