‘Down syndrome porn’—the project about such topics as sex and romance among people with down syndrome. Unfortunately, now in Ukraine, people with the syndrome and their mothers are highly dependent on each other. As a result, the most outspoken closeness that these people can experience in their lives is closeness with their mother. Katya started thinking about this question by sketching frames from porn films with the participation of people with the syndrome. Looking at these pictures, it is interesting for her to observe how the cause of anger is constantly mutating. We cannot know whether what we see is happening by mutual agreement of the parties, or it is an object of manipulation and people with the syndrome were fraudulently filmed.
